Today is "AIDS AWARENESS DAY". Every one should know how the HIV/AIDS spreads. 1. HIV spreads through the blood. 2. HIV spreads through the sexual contacts. 3. HIV spreads through the sharing of injection needles. Every one should also know how the HIV/AIDS does not spread. 1. HIV does not spread by touching. 2. HIV does not spread through air (sneezing and cough). So "Be aware of AIDS; Beware of AIDS".

Mumbai terrorist attack came to end yesterday. Totally 195 dead and more than 300 injured . Pray for their souls. Thanks for Military and other police officers who fought. Security near the Shipping area should be increased.
